Our fees begin at $1,795 for the first year, and include: the design of your web site (10 html pages), one year of hosting, and our monthly marketing package. Additional web pages cost $100 per page and $10 per graphic. Renewals 2nd year and thereafter is $1,200 per year for hosting and marketing. Programming (Java, FLASH®, Shockwave®) is at $75 per hour. All sites also receive one free hour of maintenance per month for text changes to existing forms. Customers maintains their own content pages using Contribute software from Macromedia after the initial design is completed. Customer is responsible for supplying copy (text) and personal photos, logos and graphics for their content, Shade's Landing Inc. is responsible for the design, layout and coding of customer's web pages. We also have many other options including services targeted for the real estate industry which are available only to our clients. We do not perform works for hire, and normally only host and market those sites which are also designed by us. For more information, contact us at your convenience. Serious inquiries only.
